I started this blog on April 1st 2009. It’s undergone three domain name changes and several design changes as I have slowly found my blogging legs. I’m settled on the domain name and design now.
I want to say huge thank you to everyone who reads this blog and especially those of you who participate by leaving great comments.
I also want to share with you five posts I did earlier on in my blog that you probably missed due to finding out about Lifestyle Design For You later in the year.

On January 1st, 2010, I’ll introduce you to some exciting changes here at Lifestyle Design For You and will present you with a great opportunity. Stay tuned.

This comes in handy as I just found your blog and started wondering what’s really going on here. Are you using Wordpress MU? I have been seeing the “Article by Gordie” and “Gordie has written 64 awesome articles” around. I’m trying to figure out if that is a plugin or MU.
Cheers!

Hi Henri.
Thanks for stopping by.
It’s not Wordpress MU. It’s just a piece of code. I added it to the site this week to fit in with my 2010 plans for this site. All will be revealed.
Congratulations on your blogging successes so far! I’ve also just recently discovered your site (through Michael Fletcher, lol)
Looking forward to all the changes!

The Shackled Muse | Cheryl-Anne Roelofsz´s last blog ..Proudly South African
Hey Cheryl-Anne,
I’m also looking forward to the change that’s coming up.
Amazing that it’s only been nine months. It’s been a great read so far, and I’m looking forward to hearing about the new plans.

Cheers, Mike. I’ve still got a long way to go.
Love the new black and white design but the slogan looks a bit long. I’m predicting some trimming and reconfiguring of that in the new year:)
Here’s wishing you all the best with your plans for 2010 and hoping that all your dreams come true.
Thanks Annabel,
Any suggestions on trimming the slogan?
Strange to think it’s just nine months since you started the blog, it seems more established and mature, a sure sign of the progress you have made. Looking forward to seeing your journey over the next 12 months.
Kevin Tea´s last blog ..Loa PowerTools Frees You From Port 25 SMTP Blocking
Hey Kevin,
It’s been quite slow to mature as my posting rate has been too slow. However, with a big hit of testosterone in January, that’s going to change.
What a ride hey Gordie. But I suspect the journey is not over. Still a lot of ups and downs to travel.
Reminds me of a old song by the Beatles, “The long and winding road”, and another by the The Hollies I think, “He ain’t heavy he’s my brother..” It’s been a pleasure to be part of that journey

I think things should start picking up at a faster rate in 2010 if things go according to plan.
Didn’t realize that you had your design modified a lot of times. But this one is very soothing to the eyes and clean.

Hi Rian,
Yeah, I think it’s soothing and clean, too. I hope people don’t mind the black background too much on larger screens.
Hey Gordie, I just wanted to say that I’ve had a pleasure reading your blog posts this year and you’re experiences in China. You write with a lot of personality and I’m definitely looking forward to more of your posts in 2010. Thanks and hope you have a happy new year!
Hi Hulbert,
That’s very kind of you to say so. I’ve enjoyed your posts too. I hope our blogs can grow and mature in 2010 together.
